One saturday i dropped in for an emergency flat tyre... whilst waiting, I heard a qoute for a lift kit and tyres that a customer got for his ute... I was gobsmacked.. Because I paid more eleswhere for the same job. Being an amateur car enthusiast that has next to no skills in car modification, I called Ozzy the following Monday and spoke to Chris for my BMW E30 what a legend!! Chris realised, I had no idea, so I dropped the car off. He advised reality to my needs and always was patient. To qualify my estimated cost I shared the quote with my mechanic, he too was impressed. I actually ordered different rims n tyre's for my yaris online. Was really happy with how easy it was. I then had a phone call from Hilly advising me the rims I had picked will go over the guards on my car. I didn't want that so he offered me another set of rims in a choice of black or silver. I went with black. There was no more cost involved and they were freighted promptly. Sooo happy with results, the look, the customer service and the communication. Thanks Hilly.
