When Shogun Conversions gave us a call, we knew it was going to be about something special. These guys are specialists in steering conversions of most things late model from the land of big, America. The car on hand turned out to be a Cadillac Escalade, freshly converted and ready to go home to its new owner… there was just a few final touches to complete.

That’s where we got involved. Shogun Conversion’s customer wanted to ‘murder out’ (black out) everything, but also upgrade the size of wheels and tyres. The brief was simple; he really wanted to blacked out tough look but also wanted to keep the wheel close to standard, in design. After spending a bit of time in the showroom, the decision was made on a set of KMC Slidegloss in 24×9.5 with Nexen 305/35r24 tyres!

To complete the blacked out look, the brake calipers and hubs were painted black to suit and the final product is everything the customer was after! Two thumbs up. One thing is for sure, this Cadi… it ain’t lacking a thing.
