Very great service. Sent an email via web-form on Sunday morning, received reply within the hour. Highly impressed given that most of the time this method of contact gets ignored.

Although the product I was after was unavailable I was offered alternatives complete with good quality photos.
Very quick turnaround time, I ordered and paid for my wheels on Monday morning, had them turn up at my house Tuesday midday in Brisbane. Unfortunately my house mate lazily didn’t answer the door – Ozzy Tyres went out of their way to look up the tracking information and passed the details on to me.
It’s very rare these days to find such great customer service. Would love to do service with Ozzy Tyres again.

My experience with Ozzy Tyres was very pleasant from the get go!

I believe all the different outlets have a franchise model, not sure where other people went and said to hear about the bad experience.

I found the staff to be genuine and offered good advice on the right set of wheels for comfort and luxury.

Car was booked in and came out perfect.

I highly recommend Ozzy Tyres – Hoxton Park, they offer the best in luxury brands: Like Lexani, Vertini and other brands.
